I've been reading lately. Some comics here and there. A lot of meaningless drivel, really. The Modesto Bee. The Sacramento Bee. A little Rolling Stone, a little Spin.

On the OC the other night, there were two references which rattled me a bit. First, the references to comic-con. That was interesting. Damn, if that shit doesn't pick up steam every year. People name drop that con all the time, be it on the positive or negative tip.

Then, the Mater Dei 'ho reference.
